Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Marula Music website ("Service") and purchasing any products. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Digital Product License Agreement

 

This section governs the terms for all downloadable digital products, including (but not limited to) sample packs, sound presets, and project files ("Digital Products").

• Ownership & License: By purchasing a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, single-user license. The contents of the download are licensed, not sold, to you by Marula Music. Ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with Marula Music.

• Permitted Use: Loops, presets, and samples offered by Marula Music are 100% royalty-free. You may use them in your own commercial productions, songs, albums, and compositions (e.g., music, video games, films) without further payment. You may edit or re-work the sounds for this purpose.

• Prohibited Use: This license is non-transferable. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, re-licensing, leasing, or trading the product or its contents.

  • Copying, duplicating, sharing, or distributing the product or its contents to any third party.

  • Uploading the product or its contents to any file-sharing service, database, or network.

  • Using the sounds or presets to create another commercially available sound library or sample pack.

• Violation: Unauthorized use or duplication of Marula Music Digital Products is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and is strictly prohibited by copyright law.

 

2. Delivery & Refund Policy

 

Our store offers two distinct types of products: Digital Products and Physical Merchandise. These product types are subject to different delivery and refund policies as outlined below.

 

A. Digital Products

 

• Delivery: All Digital Products are delivered via instant digital download. No physical shipping will take place. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to complete your download.

• Download Issues: If you are unable to download your product or do not receive the download email, you must contact us at info@marulamusic.com within 14 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within this period, the product will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered.

• Refunds: All sales of Digital Products are final. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

• Compatibility: We cannot be held responsible for the incompatibility of products with your software (DAW) or hardware. All preset banks are designed to function with the latest, legitimate version of their respective VST plugin or host software. Please ensure your software is up to date before purchasing. You can contact us for assistance if you experience issues.

 

B. Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

 

• Third-Party Fulfillment: All physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories etc.) is produced and fulfilled on demand by our partner, Printful. These items are not stocked by Marula Music.

• Shipping: Physical merchandise is shipped directly from Printful's fulfillment centers. Shipping times and costs are calculated by Printful at checkout and vary based on your location and the items ordered. Marula Music is not responsible for the shipping and handling process or any delays, which are managed entirely by Printful.

• Returns & Damaged Goods: Because all merchandise is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at info@marulamusi.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include photos of the damaged/incorrect product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will then coordinate with Printful to process a claim for a replacement or refund.

• Printful's Policy: All claims for physical merchandise are subject to the policies and approval of Printful. For full details on their return and claims process, please refer to Printful's Return Policy Page.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

 

Marula Music cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use of any product, digital or physical, in whatever form. All rights of the producer and the owner of the work are reserved.
