"Skoenlapper" is built on a foundation of 'metamorphosis'. The track’s architecture relies on a deliberate juxtaposition: a rigid, high-inertia low end contrasted against fluid, organic melodic layers.

"I wanted to focus on creating a constant evolution within this tune. Something more loopy and slowly evolving, but still chunky and powerful. Some of the inspiration comes from memories of an old Kox Box track I used to love, just a catching melodic groove that just builds and builds over the course of the record." — Protoculture
