Most questions get answered fastest by email — there’s no ticket system to wade through, it comes straight to me.
Before you write in
- Downloads and licensing live in your Moonbase account (the link is in your purchase confirmation email). Lost the email? Use the same address to request a resend from your account page.
- Installer or authorization issues are almost always a case-sensitive path or a blocked plugin folder — check your DAW’s plugin scan paths first.
- Crashes are much faster to fix with a diagnostic log attached. Most DAWs write one to a
LogsorCrashReporterfolder — grab the most recent one for the affected session.
System requirements
Current-generation Marula Music plugins need a 64-bit VST3, AU, or CLAP host on macOS 12+ or Windows 10+. If you’re on an older OS, say so in your message and I’ll confirm compatibility for your specific version.
